Digital Marketing Specialist – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a creative, organized, and detail‑oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to support our remote marketing team. This entry‑level position offers training and mentorship for recent graduates or career changers eager to start a digital marketing career.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and implementing digital marketing campaigns across websites, email, social media and advertising platforms.
• Maintain campaign calendars, schedules, and tracking documents; update information in marketing platforms.
• Support social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, X) by preparing, scheduling and monitoring posts and engagement.
• Help prepare and upload website content, blog posts and promotional materials; conduct basic keyword research and on‑page SEO.
• Assist with email marketing tasks, including list maintenance, template formatting and performance tracking.
• Enter and update marketing data in spreadsheets, CRM and reporting tools; generate routine performance reports.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic computer and internet proficiency.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Interest in digital marketing and willingness to follow established procedures.

Required skills

• Familiarity with social media platforms and content scheduling tools.
• Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research and on‑page optimization.
• Experience with email marketing platforms and spreadsheet software (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Exposure to Google Analytics, Google Ads or Meta Ads Manager.
• Basic use of Canva, Figma or other graphic design tools.
• Understanding of WordPress or other content‑management systems.
