About the role

The company is looking for an experienced Automotive Workshop Supervisor / Workshop Manager to lead its automotive repair and maintenance workshop in Dubai. The role combines hands‑on technical oversight with team leadership to ensure high‑quality service delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and supervise daily workshop operations, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Lead, manage and support the technical team to meet productivity targets.
• Monitor repair and maintenance quality to comply with company standards.
• Ensure all jobs are completed within agreed timelines.
• Identify spare‑parts, material and external service requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers, negotiate prices and service terms, and place orders for parts and equipment.
• Maintain workshop safety standards and ensure compliance with regulations.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in an automotive workshop or service centre, including supervisory responsibilities.
