B2B Field Sales Executive

About the role

In this role you will acquire new SME clients across Dubai by identifying business opportunities, conducting field visits, and promoting social media service packages. You will manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing while coordinating with the service‑delivery team for smooth onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire SME clients through direct outreach, field visits and lead generation.
• Present suitable social media packages, negotiate terms, close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain accurate sales records, track progress and provide regular updates.
• Coordinate with the delivery team for onboarding, support renewals and improve client retention.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and identify new market opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B field sales, business development or SME acquisition.
• Track record of meeting sales targets and ability to travel across Dubai for client visits.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven and comfortable with fieldwork.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Lead generation through cold calls, walk‑ins and direct outreach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in English; additional languages a plus.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media services preferred.
