About the role
Our client, a digital and technology services provider, is seeking a B2B Marketing Manager to design and run lead‑generation campaigns, events and webinars that fuel sales pipeline growth and revenue. The role requires strong organisational skills, stakeholder management and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate and execute B2B lead‑generation campaigns across email, social, paid media, events and webinars in partnership with product, sales and agency teams.
- Manage marketing events and webinars from concept through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Capture all leads accurately in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and track them through the sales funnel.
- Provide regular reporting on conversion rates, pipeline contribution and closed‑loop performance.
- Collaborate closely with sales to follow up opportunities and close deals.
- Work with internal stakeholders and external agencies to deliver high‑quality initiatives on time and within budget.
- Optimize campaign performance using data analysis, testing and feedback loops.
- Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.
Required profile
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, especially lead generation and pipeline development.
- Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional project‑management and organisational abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder and agency coordination.
- Analytical mindset with capability to interpret marketing and sales data.
