B2B Sales Manager - Travel & Tourism

About the role

A leading Destination Management Company (DMC) is looking for a dynamic, results-driven B2B Sales Manager to expand its travel trade network and grow business across the UAE and international markets. The role suits someone with strong experience in outbound sales, client acquisition and travel industry partnerships, focusing on new business, destination services and holiday packages.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B clients such as travel agencies, tour operators and corporate travel partners.
• Generate business through cold calling, email campaigns, networking and client meetings.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel industry partners and key accounts.
• Promote holiday packages, destination services and DMC solutions.
• Generate leads, prepare sales proposals, negotiate commercial terms and close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline and report performance regularly.
• Explore new markets and identify expansion opportunities.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in B2B sales within the travel and tourism industry.
• Experience in outbound sales, lead generation and new customer acquisition.
• Strong understanding of travel agency networks, holiday packages and destination management services.
• Candidates currently based in Dubai or the UAE are preferred.
