Showroom Helper / Sales Promoter

About the role

A Showroom Helper / Sales Promoter is needed in a Dubai showroom to support the sales team by delivering excellent customer service, keeping the store engaging and helping drive product visibility and sales. The position is listed as a contract.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers so they feel welcome in the showroom
• Promote products, highlight their features and benefits and guide customers through their choices
• Maintain the showroom's appearance through visual merchandising and store upkeep
• Restock and arrange merchandise on displays and shelves
• Work with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Help with inventory checks and report stock discrepancies
• Assist in organising promotional events and in-showroom launches

Required profile

• 1-3 years of experience as a showroom helper, sales promoter, sales associate, visual merchandiser or guest associate
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Fluent English; Arabic is a plus
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and move merchandise
• Preferred: previous experience in Dubai's retail or luxury showroom, POS system experience, other languages, fashion trend knowledge, basic visual merchandising training
