Bar Manager – Enclave Bar

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is looking for a Bar Manager to lead the Enclave Bar at its upcoming integrated resort. The role combines team leadership, operational oversight, and guest‑focused service in a luxury hospitality setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and motivate the bar team to maintain high service standards and morale.
• Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, ordering, receiving and stock rotation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and sanitation regulations and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the Beverage Manager to develop new cocktails and update beverage menus.
• Resolve escalated guest complaints promptly to uphold satisfaction and reputation.
• Prepare beverages accurately according to recipes and company standards.
• Maintain a clean, well‑stocked bar counter and adhere to personal hygiene and dress code policies.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of progressive bartending and bar‑management experience in upscale or luxury hospitality.
• Expert knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, premium spirits, wine and current beverage trends.
• Proven ability to manage inventory, ordering and stock rotation to minimise waste.
• Strong customer‑service skills with a track record of handling escalated guest concerns.
• Leadership ability to mentor, motivate and train bar staff.
• Formal bartending certification or recognised hospitality management training preferred.
