Join Miral Experiences as a Food & Beverage Associate at SeaWorld Abu Dhabi, delivering exceptional service to guests in a world‑class attraction. You will be the face of the restaurant, ensuring a safe, clean, and enjoyable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus, and answer food‑related questions while promoting upsells.
• Take orders, relay them to the kitchen, and serve dishes in the correct sequence.
• Maintain restaurant opening and closing procedures, including stock replenishment and equipment cleaning.
• Handle cash and POS transactions accurately, adhering to cash‑float and overage/shortage policies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and HACCP standards, reporting any incidents promptly.
• Address guest complaints courteously and apply recovery solutions according to company policy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of food and beverage experience, preferably in a 4‑star hotel or similar environment.
• Strong customer‑service orientation, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team.
• Positive, proactive attitude with good communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash, upsell, and follow standard operating procedures.

Required skills

• Operation of POS (point‑of‑sale) systems.
• Cash handling and reconciliation.
• Food safety knowledge, including EFST and HACCP procedures.
• Basic knowledge of menu items for effective upselling.
