Barista – Guest Experience Specialist

About the role

Join the hospitality team at DoubleTree by Hilton Abu Dhabi Yas Island Residences as a Barista. You will be the friendly face behind the coffee bar, creating memorable beverage experiences that brighten each guest’s stay.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver an upbeat, friendly attitude in every guest interaction and look for ways to enhance their experience.
• Prepare coffee, tea, and specialty drinks following standardized recipes and guest preferences.
• Learn all menu items and specials to answer guest questions confidently.
• Take food and beverage orders, enter them accurately into the point‑of‑sale system, and serve promptly with attention to detail.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
