Barista

About the role

Jumeirah Hotel Group in Dubai is hiring a barista. The role involves preparing coffee and tea drinks and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Working hours are 48 hours per week with one day off, and some food and beverage roles may involve split shifts or night shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Craft coffee and tea drinks, including espressos, cappuccinos, lattes and other specialty beverages.
• Ensure consistency in drink quality and presentation.
• Greet customers warmly and create a welcoming environment.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of work experience.
• Certificates and diplomas.
• Communicative and a team player.

• Salary of 2,300 AED plus service charge and tips; service charge starts from the second month and varies with hotel revenue.
