Bartender – Hidden Bar (Luxury Hotel)

About the role

Join Rosewood Abu Dhabi’s vibrant bar team as a Bartender for the Hidden Bar. You will craft premium alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks while delivering personalized, luxury‑level service to guests.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages with consistency, precision, and adherence to brand standards.
• Engage guests confidently, offering recommendations and creating memorable experiences.
• Maintain expert knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and non‑alcoholic offerings.
• Keep the bar clean, organized, fully stocked, and ready for service at all times.
• Monitor inventory, minimize waste, and support cost‑control initiatives.
• Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and service recovery situations professionally.

Required profile

• Experience in a bartender or bar‑support role within a hotel, restaurant, lounge, or luxury hospitality environment.
• Passion for mixology, beverage culture, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, cocktails, and responsible alcohol service practices.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to perform under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Comfortable using POS systems and handling cash transactions accurately.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
