About the role
The Bartender will prepare and serve beverages to a consistently high standard while delivering an engaging, efficient, and professional guest experience at the bar.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cocktails, spirits, wines, and non‑alcoholic drinks according to recipes, ensuring speed, accuracy and consistency.
- Interact confidently with guests, provide menu and beverage recommendations, and support upselling.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar stations, follow stock handling, portioning and waste control procedures.
- Comply with hygiene, safety and licensing regulations and support opening and closing bar procedures.
Required profile
- 2‑4 years’ experience as a bartender in a quality venue.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails and bar service.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Professional attitude and strong teamwork skills.
Required skills
- Knowledge of spirits and cocktail preparation.
- Proficiency in bar service techniques.
