Billing Customer Relationship Executive

About the role

The Billing Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) is responsible for managing long‑term rental accounts at Udrive, a leading car‑sharing service in the Middle East. You will oversee billing operations, coordinate vehicle handovers, and act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring accurate invoicing, timely collections, and smooth communication.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and distribute monthly invoices for long‑term rental customers, track payments and reconcile balances.
• Monitor customer accounts for fines, Salik, fuel and other operational charges.
• Coordinate vehicle handovers and replacements, confirming account clearance before new assignments.
• Collaborate with Operations to schedule vehicle deliveries, pickups and inspections, ensuring all documentation is signed.
• Serve as primary liaison for client inquiries, feedback and complaints, providing professional, solution‑oriented support.
• Identify and resolve billing or service issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
• Maintain dashboards on trips, vehicle utilization and account status; prepare monthly and quarterly reports on dues, payments and key performance indicators.
• Gather insights from customer interactions to suggest process improvements.
