About the role
We are looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who enjoys engaging with customers and turning their experiences into positive advocacy. The role involves handling inquiries through multiple channels and ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely support.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers regarding product details, pricing, and availability.
- Collaborate with internal departments to fulfill customer needs.
- Perform data entry across various platforms to maintain accurate records.
Required profile
- 1‑3 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize workload effectively.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
Required skills
- Arabic language proficiency.
