Remote Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a Remote Customer Service Representative to join our global, customer‑focused team. In this fully remote position you will be the primary point of contact for customers, delivering accurate information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with clear, professional communication.
• Provide product, service, and policy information while representing the brand positively.
• Troubleshoot basic technical or service‑related problems and guide customers through solutions.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests, maintaining detailed records in CRM systems.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Meet quality and productivity targets, participate in training, and contribute feedback for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
• Excellent active listening, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stay calm, professional, and self‑motivated in a remote environment.
• Adaptability to changing processes, policies, and multilingual support when applicable.
