Bottling Line Operator – Glass Bottle Filling (Carbonated Beverages)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Bottling Line Operator to run our glass bottle filling line for carbonated beverages. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation, maintaining hygiene standards, and supporting production targets.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the glass bottle filling line (rinser, filler, crowner/capper, labeller) for carbonated products.
• Monitor line performance, including fill levels, carbonation, seal quality, and label application.
• Carry out cleaning and sanitation (CIP) and uphold strict hygiene standards.
• Perform changeovers, routine adjustments, and keep production and quality records.
• Identify and resolve minor stoppages, jams, or faults on the spot; escalate larger issues to maintenance.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience operating a filling/bottling line, preferably in the beverage industry.
• Understanding of line systems as a whole, not just individual stations.
• Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and hygiene principles (CIP, GMP).
• Technical mindset to diagnose and fix minor line issues independently.
• Basic English sufficient to follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Attention to detail, discipline, and willingness to work in shifts.
