Machine Operator – Bihler

About the role

Join a leading global power management company as a Machine Operator for Bihler equipment in their Dubai plant. You will be responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining production machinery to ensure efficient output.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, operate, calibrate and monitor Bihler and related production machines.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues, perform basic repairs and carry out preventive maintenance.
• Adjust machines, clean equipment and work areas, and support production orders.
• Conduct quality inspections according to established procedures.
• Maintain a safe, organized workplace and promptly escalate any issues.

Required profile

• Experience operating cam‑controlled Bihler machines; experience with Wafios or Finzer is a strong advantage.
• Hands‑on knowledge of hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems, as well as metal stamping, bending, welding and assembly processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong attention to detail.
