About the role

The club is seeking a proactive Branch Manager to lead a ladies‑only wellness facility in Abu Dhabi. This hands‑on leader will drive commercial results, ensure smooth daily operations, and foster a vibrant community for members.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day club operations, ensuring a seamless member experience.
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of fitness professionals.
• Drive membership sales, revenue growth and member retention.
• Manage operational tasks, including scheduling, inventory and facility upkeep.
• Set and achieve performance targets, translating goals into actionable plans.
• Support the club during peak periods with a hands‑on approach.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fitness, wellness, boutique studios or health clubs.
• Strong team leadership and people‑management capabilities.
• Commercial mindset with proven ability to increase memberships and revenue.
• Excellent operational skills and attention to detail.
• Energetic, proactive personality with a passion for member experience and community building.
