Psychologist (DHA Licensed) – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate, qualified Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team in Dubai. The role involves delivering psychological assessments, counselling, and evidence‑based interventions to individuals, children, adolescents, families and community members.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, clinical interviews and risk evaluations.
• Develop and deliver individual treatment and support plans.
• Provide individual, family and group counselling using evidence‑based approaches such as CBT and trauma‑informed care.
• Offer crisis intervention and refer clients to specialist services when needed.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case records in line with UAE regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, families and external partners.
• Contribute to awareness programmes, workshops and community outreach on mental health.

Required profile

• Master's degree in Psychology, Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology or related field (PhD or PsyD is an advantage).
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in clinical, counselling, school or community settings.
• Valid DHA license or eligibility to obtain one before starting.
• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
• Cultural sensitivity, empathy, discretion and sound ethical judgement.

Required skills

• Strong assessment, report‑writing and case‑management abilities.
• Experience with evidence‑based therapeutic approaches (e.g., CBT, trauma‑informed care).
