About the role

Deloitte's BrightStar Analyst Program offers UAE nationals in their second or third year of university a chance to work on strategy, risk and transaction projects within the firm's Consulting Business. The role provides hands‑on experience while contributing to Deloitte’s mission of delivering innovative insights and sustainable growth for clients.

Key responsibilities

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in the second year or first semester of the third year of a university programme.
• Majoring in finance, accounting, economics, business administration or related fields such as engineering, mathematics, environmental science, sustainability or data management.
• UAE national.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Motivated, dedicated, dynamic and hardworking.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
