Buggy Driver – Transport Department (Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Buggy Drivers to join the Transport department at Burj Al Arab, Dubai. The role involves safely moving guests around the Beach Cluster region while delivering scripted information and providing a memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Drive guests in buggies according to the schedule or on request, ensuring safety and comfort.
• Maintain a friendly, helpful attitude and deliver story‑telling and DEI photo‑capture scripts.
• Keep accurate records of buggy usage and report any technical faults.
• Communicate continuously via company radio with the buggy base operator and Team Leader.
• Perform daily checks of battery water, brakes, lights and charge the buggy at shift end.
• Assist guests with directions, luggage, baby strollers and other on‑site needs.
• Support the department with additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• High school qualification.
• Minimum one year of experience driving a buggy or a similar vehicle (preferred).
• Strong interpersonal skills and fluent spoken English.
• Valid buggy‑driving licence.

Required skills

• Valid licence to operate a buggy.
• Proficiency in using a two‑way radio communication system.
