Business Analyst - Digital Banking

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support Digital Banking initiatives. The role focuses on gathering business requirements, analysing processes and collaborating with business and technology teams to deliver digital banking solutions that improve customer experience and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyse and document business, functional and system requirements.
• Conduct gap analysis, process mapping and business process re‑engineering.
• Prepare Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification Documents, user stories and process flows.
• Support UAT planning, review test cases and resolve defects.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder meetings to gather and validate requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Finance or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of digital banking products and channels (retail, corporate, mobile, internet, payments).
• Experience working in Agile and/or Waterfall delivery environments.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, stakeholder management and communication skills.
