Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

We are partnering with a leading global cybersecurity vendor to find a Business Development Manager who will drive growth across the UAE and the wider GCC. You will own the full sales cycle, build long‑term relationships with enterprise customers, and position a market‑leading portfolio of cybersecurity solutions for both public and private organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new enterprise customers across the GCC.
• Expand existing strategic accounts and generate new business opportunities.
• Understand the vendor’s cybersecurity portfolio and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
• Manage the complete sales process from prospecting to deal closure.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline reporting using CRM systems.
• Support marketing initiatives, industry events and customer engagements.
• Lead responses to RFPs, tenders and procurement processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience selling cybersecurity solutions or services in the GCC.
• Strong network of enterprise customers in both public (B2G) and private (B2B) sectors.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Demonstrated success in enterprise sales, business development and account management.
• Excellent negotiation, commercial acumen and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven and comfortable in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.
