Service Advisor

About the role

We are looking for a Service Advisor to deliver professional after‑sales service to our customers in Dubai. The role involves accurately recording repair and maintenance jobs, advising customers on current and future service needs, and helping to grow customer retention and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, discuss their service or repair requirements and record them clearly on job cards following manufacturer recommendations.
• Explain the scope, value and cost of the work, obtain customer confirmation and provide precise work instructions to technicians.
• Monitor the progress of each job, keep customers informed of status and any back‑order parts, and ensure timely completion.
• Inspect completed work to verify it meets quality standards before vehicle delivery.
• Deliver the vehicle courteously, collect payment or purchase orders, and follow up on pending deliveries.
• Proactively contact existing and prospective customers to promote service packages, accessories and campaign participation.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge through web‑based and classroom training.

Required profile

• Vocational qualification in automotive trade, a Diploma in Automobile Engineering or a university degree.
• 2–5 years of experience in automotive service or trade.
