Business Development Manager – FX Trading (Mandarin/English)

About the role

We are seeking a charismatic Business Development Manager to act as the public face of a new FX trading exchange targeting Asian markets. Based in Dubai with hybrid/remote flexibility, you will help drive brand awareness and market adoption across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings, and media appearances.
• Build and nurture relationships with institutional and retail clients in China‑speaking markets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Asia, including regular travel to Thailand and other key hubs.
• Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor the FX platform to regional needs.
• Track sales performance and report on market feedback.

Required profile

• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Strong presentation, communication, and networking abilities.
• Background in sales, business development, or relationship management within financial services, real estate, wealth management, or similar sectors.
• Confident, professional, and able to represent the brand publicly.

Required skills

• Understanding of FX trading and financial markets.
• Experience with investment products is a plus.
