Business Development Manager – Global Industrialization (MEA)

About the role

Siemens Digital Industries seeks a Senior Business Developer to connect priority Chinese industrial customers investing in the Middle East & Africa with Siemens capabilities. Based in Dubai, you will act as the geographic orchestration node for the region, detecting and qualifying journey signals and enabling scalable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Detect and qualify journey and project signals related to priority Chinese industrial customers across MEA.
• Mobilise relevant country/account teams, China GED nodes, verticals and technology units around identified opportunities.
• Create transparency on customer intent, project structures and ecosystem relationships.
• Support commercial teams in converting qualified signals into pipeline and lighthouse pursuits.
• Capture successful patterns and replicate them across countries and industrial journeys.

Required profile

• Strong experience in industrial business development, sales, EPC/project development or key‑account strategy in complex B2B environments.
• Good understanding of Middle East industrial/project ecosystems; Africa exposure is a plus.
• Experience with Chinese industrial customers, EPCs or cross‑border investment is highly valuable.
• Proven ability to navigate multi‑party ecosystems and orchestrate across functions without formal authority.

Required skills

• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Arabic and/or Mandarin Chinese are strong advantages.
