Business Development Manager

About the role

Rekarda, a Dubai‑based creative agency, is seeking a mid‑level Business Development Manager to expand its client base across the UAE and the wider region. This consultative sales position focuses on understanding complex communication challenges and positioning Rekarda’s presentation solutions as strategic assets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, networking and market research.
• Build relationships with decision‑makers in enterprise, government and other high‑value organisations.
• Qualify inbound enquiries and assess fit, timing and commercial potential.
• Lead discovery conversations to capture client objectives, audience and presentation needs.
• Present Rekarda’s value proposition, develop proposals, negotiate terms and close deals.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM and provide regular forecasts.
• Achieve agreed sales targets while upholding professional standards.
• Foster long‑term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales or a similar commercial role.
• Previous experience working within a creative, design, branding, marketing or communications agency.
• Proven ability to generate opportunities, manage a pipeline and close new business.
• Strong consultative selling skills with a focus on client needs.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic is a plus.
