Nail Educator‑Trainer

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Nail Educator‑Trainer to support our sales team and grow our professional salon business in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The role blends technical training with a commercial mindset, helping premium salons adopt our products and achieve sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product and technical training to salon owners, managers, stylists and therapists.
• Join sales representatives on field visits to provide technical support and drive conversions.
• Conduct in‑salon demonstrations, workshops, academies, launch events and product presentations.
• Follow up after training to ensure correct product usage and generate repeat orders.
• Identify client needs, recommend appropriate products and solutions, and support under‑performing accounts.
• Provide market feedback on competitors, trends and new business opportunities.

Required profile

• Arabic speaker with strong professional English communication.
• 3–5 years of experience in the professional beauty or salon industry, preferably with premium high‑end salons in the UAE.
• Existing relationships within the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain salon market are a strong advantage.
• UAE driving licence preferred and professional appearance.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of professional beauty products and nail techniques.
• Ability to conduct demonstrations, presentations and hands‑on workshops.
