Business Development Manager – Real Estate & Short‑Term Rentals

About the role

The Business Development Manager will drive strategic growth for AirDXB by expanding its client base within Dubai’s real‑estate and short‑term rental market. You will identify new revenue opportunities, build long‑term partnerships, and support the company’s expansion initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies aligned with commercial objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams in the property market.
• Generate, qualify and convert leads from property owners, landlords, investors and strategic partners.
• Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting, negotiation, proposal preparation and closing high‑value deals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations and Property Management to support client onboarding.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and maintain an up‑to‑date sales pipeline.
• Prepare forecasts, performance reports and commercial updates for senior management.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or a comparable commercial role.
• Background in Dubai real‑estate, property management, hospitality or short‑term rentals is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial awareness, results‑driven mindset and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
