Business Director

About the role

The Business Director leads all teams (Channel, Content, Interactive, Language and Management) to ensure continuous delivery and excellence. This senior role requires strategic thinking, driving improvements, initiatives and innovation to deliver world‑class marketing communications.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and inspire multi‑location teams across Channel, Content, Interactive, Language and Management to deliver production and language excellence.
• Develop and own strategic partnerships with senior clients and the global network, ensuring commercial accountability and KPI‑driven performance.
• Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes, set standards, and manage risk and escalation across CEMEA teams.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, profit‑margin targets and utilisation to maximise revenue and margin.
• Collaborate with Global Delivery Leads and Geo Operations to share best practices and support global initiatives.

Required profile

• Extensive experience leading large‑scale projects for global clients and managing large, multi‑location teams.
• Proven senior‑level client management with strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change, governance and continuous improvement across cross‑functional teams.
• Strong financial management and P&L ownership experience.
