Business Finance Manager – FP&A for UAE Airport Operations

Join us as Business Finance Manager, dnata FP&A – UAE Airport Operations, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial, commercial and strategic direction of one of the world’s leading airport operations businesses. As the senior finance leader supporting UAE Airport Operations, you will be a trusted advisor to the leadership team, driving performance and long‑term value creation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, target‑setting and long‑term planning activities aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with operational leaders to optimise manpower, productivity, asset utilisation and operational efficiency.
• Analyse revenue performance drivers, identifying risks and opportunities to enhance financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to improve profitability, pricing strategies, contract performance and margins.
• Monitor business performance through reporting, KPIs and governance forums, driving corrective actions when needed.
• Evaluate strategic initiatives, capital investments, business cases, new ventures and commercial agreements.
• Provide challenge and oversight on investment decisions related to GSE and other operational assets.
• Serve as a director on the boards of two regional joint ventures, overseeing performance and investment plans.
• Maintain a robust control environment, ensuring compliance with governance and audit requirements.
• Lead, develop and inspire a high‑performing finance team, building capability and succession strength.

Required profile

• Minimum bachelor’s degree; professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or MBA.
• 10+ years of experience in finance, commercial or analytical roles.
• 5+ years of FP&A experience delivering tangible value in a dynamic environment.
• Proven business‑partnering ability with senior stakeholders and strong influencing skills.
• Experience leading FP&A through significant business change is an advantage.
