Business Growth Executive

About the role

The Business Growth Executive will drive the acquisition of new customers for Medico Workforce’s recruitment software across the UAE. You will identify prospects, build relationships, and generate sales opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Research recruitment agencies, staffing firms and businesses in the UAE that could benefit from recruitment management software.
• Identify decision‑makers such as owners, HR managers, recruitment managers and talent acquisition professionals.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, email outreach, online research and other channels.
• Introduce Medico Workforce, explain product features and arrange online demonstrations.
• Understand customer requirements, recommend relevant features and follow up to maintain professional relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, meetings and sales opportunities.
• Work towards agreed business development and sales targets and share market feedback with the team.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Interest in B2B sales, business development and software products.
• Ability to research companies and identify potential customers.
• Confidence communicating with business owners and HR professionals.
• Good follow‑up, organization and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to learn about recruitment technology and SaaS sales.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
