Manager, Transfer Solutions, Digital Partners

About the role

The Transfer Solutions team seeks a Manager to drive the Digital Partner strategy across East Arabia, delivering commercial product launches and achieving revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own and exceed annual revenue, transaction volume, and new‑client acquisition targets across fintechs, digital wallets, remittance providers, banks, telcos and payment institutions.
• Develop market‑entry and expansion strategies, maintain a qualified sales pipeline, and lead negotiations with strategic clients.
• Serve as primary relationship owner for a portfolio of strategic clients, conducting regular business reviews and driving adoption, retention and growth.
• Mobilize cross‑functional teams (Product, Implementation, Compliance, Operations, Finance, Customer Success) to ensure seamless execution and resolve delivery barriers.

Required profile

• Proven experience in payments, fintech, remittances, banking or related financial services with a track record of meeting revenue and transaction volume targets.
• Strong client‑relationship and stakeholder‑management skills, comfortable engaging senior executives and influencing without authority.
• Ability to analyse market trends, regulatory developments and emerging payment innovations to shape regional strategy.
