About the role

Bestax Chartered Accountants is seeking a motivated Female Business Setup Sales Assistant to join its Dubai office. The role focuses on converting leads into new business clients and guiding them through the entire company formation process in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Convert marketing leads into confirmed business setups.
• Meet potential clients, understand their needs, and advise on the best UAE jurisdiction for their venture.
• Explain Bestax’s services and relevant local regulations.
• Research client business ideas and assess implications across different free zones.
• Coordinate with internal teams, licensing authorities, and banks to ensure smooth setup.
• Prepare and present sales reports and documentation.
• Attend networking events, manage partner relationships, and support marketing initiatives.
• Upsell and cross‑sell additional services to enhance client value.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of sales or business development experience.
• Proactive, confident, and results‑driven with a proven track record of generating business.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building abilities.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong document management skills.
• Demonstrates integrity, dependability, and strong work ethic.
