Business Systems Specialist – Salesforce

About the role

Our client, a Dubai‑based corporate services and regulatory consultancy, is seeking a Business Systems Specialist focused on Salesforce. The role is hands‑on and aims to improve internal processes, automate workflows, and ensure reliable reporting across client onboarding, finance, and operations.

Key responsibilities

• Own and develop the Salesforce environment, including data model, flows, permissions, reports and dashboards.
• Design and automate workflows for client onboarding, engagement setup, invoicing, renewals and internal reporting.
• Support integration of Salesforce with QuickBooks and other finance, pricing or operational systems.
• Maintain the service and pricing catalogue for proposals, billing and management reporting.
• Improve data quality, manage data migration, clean‑up and system updates.
• Produce and enhance management reporting on pipeline, work‑in‑progress, receivables, renewals and operational KPIs.
• Document systems, workflows and processes clearly for end‑users.
• Train colleagues, promote adoption of new tools and processes.
• Coordinate with external IT providers, manage licences, user access and technology spend.
• Support access control, business continuity and data‑protection requirements.
• Identify automation opportunities to continuously improve internal operations.

Required profile

• 4–8 years of experience working with Salesforce and related business systems.
• Hands‑on attitude with a focus on process improvement and automation.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to data quality.
