Business Unit Head – Branded Business

About the role

The Business Unit Head – Branded Business will lead Sun Pharma’s branded and innovative product portfolio in the UAE. Reporting to senior leadership, you will shape commercial strategy, drive revenue growth and ensure patient access across key markets.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L for the Branded Business portfolio and deliver revenue, profitability and market‑share targets.
• Define and execute annual business plans and long‑term commercial strategy.
• Lead brand strategy, marketing plans and commercial initiatives to exceed sales and margin goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end product launches, lifecycle optimization and adoption of specialty therapies.
• Integrate Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs and Market Access teams, setting clear KPIs and incentive structures.
• Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, dermatologists and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in branded pharmaceuticals or related healthcare sectors.
• Demonstrated ability to manage P&L and drive sustainable revenue growth.
• Strong track record of successful product launches and market expansion.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross‑functional team leadership skills.
