Butler – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

The Butler is the face of St. Regis luxury, delivering bespoke experiences to guests from pre‑arrival through departure. This full‑time position is based on Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi, and works closely with multiple hotel departments to ensure flawless service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide personalized, high‑touch service to guests throughout their stay.
• Coordinate Butler Valets and liaise with other departments to meet guest needs.
• Anticipate and proactively address guest requests, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Maintain professional appearance, uniform standards, and uphold brand quality.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and handling items up to 50 lb.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 6 months of related hospitality or guest‑service experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for luxury service.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
