Butler – Luxury Hotel Service

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Butler to join our luxury hotel team in Dubai. The successful candidate will deliver personalized, high‑end service to our guests, ensuring every stay is memorable.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and present allocated guest rooms on time, handling all special requests.
• Provide professional, friendly reception and act as the primary point of contact for guests throughout their stay.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Food & Beverage and other departments to fulfil guest arrangements and requests.
• Pack, unpack and serve in‑room Food & Beverage orders, ensuring seamless service.
• Maintain knowledge of in‑suite technology, amenities and city‑wide activities to advise guests.

Required profile

• Minimum of 1 month of relevant experience in luxury hospitality.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple hotel departments.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
