Buy-Side OMS AIM Sales Specialist

About the role

Bloomberg is seeking a senior Enterprise Sales Specialist to drive new growth for its Asset and Investment Manager (AIM) platform across the Middle East & Africa. The role focuses on selling a comprehensive buy‑side technology solution to institutional investors.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the regional sales strategy, identifying priority markets and target institutions.
• Generate pipeline and revenue through proactive prospecting, executive engagement and disciplined opportunity management.
• Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders, from C‑suite sponsors to procurement and legal teams.
• Build persuasive business cases linking AIM capabilities to measurable client outcomes such as efficiency and risk reduction.
• Partner with product, implementation and terminal sales teams to orchestrate client engagements and proofs of concept.

Required profile

• Proven track record of exceeding targets in complex enterprise software sales, preferably in OMS, EMS, portfolio management or front‑to‑middle‑office technology.
• Experience developing and executing strategic territory plans for large financial institutions.
• Deep understanding of buy‑side investment and trading workflows, including order generation, multi‑asset trading and compliance.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to close high‑value, multi‑stakeholder deals.
• Executive presence and ability to engage senior decision makers such as CIOs, COOs and heads of trading.
