CAD Technician – Interior Fit‑Out & Construction

About the role

CS Interiors Technical Services LLC is looking for a skilled CAD Technician to join its Dubai team. The role focuses on producing accurate 2D technical drawings for interior fit‑out and construction projects, supporting project delivery from concept to completion.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, shop drawings, layouts, sections, elevations and plans using AutoCAD.
• Develop architectural, interior fit‑out and construction drawings that meet project specifications.
• Review project specifications and technical requirements to ensure drawing compliance.
• Coordinate with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams to verify drawing accuracy.
• Update and revise drawings based on site conditions and project changes.
• Maintain drawing records, revision logs and technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience as a CAD Technician or Draftsman, preferably in interior fit‑out or construction.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication and coordination skills.
