Call Center Agent

About the role

As a Call Center Agent you will handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls while working closely with the field sales team. You will manage customer enquiries, appointments, complaints and ensure service level agreements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Handle high volumes of inbound calls and enquiries from numerous channels.
• Meet customer SLA’s to ensure satisfaction.
• Make outbound calls to target potential customers and achieve conversion quotas and KPIs.
• Schedule calendar appointments for the field sales team.
• Manage customer complaints, escalate to relevant stakeholders and ensure accurate reporting.
• Respond to customer enquiries via email.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Fluent Arabic speaker.
• At least 12 months experience in a call centre or telesales role.
• Experience in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment handling calls, emails and WhatsApp messages.
• Well‑versed in customer service and training techniques with quick learning ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong closing skills and a customer‑service attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise and manage time effectively.
• Passion for helping others and flexible with working hours, available six days a week including Fridays.
• Hard‑working, willing to go above and beyond, and a team player.
