Service Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Service Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The role will coordinate customer service requests, handle inquiries, support service operations, and ensure timely communication between customers and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and provide coverage during team breaks.
• Assist walk‑in customers when other team members are unavailable.
• Manage WhatsApp communications during high‑volume periods.
• Register service calls, prepare documentation, and support job closures and invoicing.
• Coordinate with Showroom, Marketing and other internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Prepare and submit reports to the Accounts team for invoicing.
• Follow up on pending approvals, site‑not‑ready cases and installations.
• Update tickets with complete product details, customer contact information and service history.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast‑paced environment.
• Previous supervisory or team‑leader experience is preferred.
• Experience in the appliance, retail or service industry is an advantage.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Oracle or similar ERP/CRM systems.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms.
• Familiarity with ERP processes.
