Capital Markets Associate Lawyer (2-4 PQE) – Dubai

About the role

The firm is seeking a Capital Markets Associate with 2–4 years of post‑qualification experience to join its growing Dubai team. The role will primarily focus on Debt Capital Markets while also supporting Equity Capital Markets work as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Manage debt issuances and capital markets programmes.
• Handle conventional and Islamic capital markets transactions.
• Address regulatory capital and structured debt matters.
• Execute liability management transactions.
• Assist with IPOs and other equity offerings when required.
• Coordinate cross‑border transactions across the Middle East and international markets.

Required profile

• 2–4 years PQE with strong capital markets experience in DCM/ECM at a Legal 500 law firm.
• Common Law qualified.
• Based in the UAE/GCC or willing to relocate (e.g., from the UK).
