Capital Projects Transformation Analyst – Emiratization & UAE Talent Development

About the role

Join Accenture Strategy & Consulting’s Capital Projects practice to help leading organisations improve planning, governance, execution and performance of large‑scale capital investments across energy, utilities, infrastructure, transportation, manufacturing, data‑centre and industrial sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Support project controls and PMO activities across major capital programmes.
• Analyse cost, schedule, risk and performance data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis and earned‑value management reporting.
• Support project governance, stage‑gate reviews and executive reporting.
• Contribute to portfolio dashboards and business‑intelligence solutions.
• Gather business requirements and document process‑improvement recommendations.
• Support implementation and optimisation of capital‑project systems and digital solutions.
• Collaborate with project, engineering, finance, procurement and technology stakeholders.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to synthesise data into meaningful business insights.
• Attention to detail with a structured delivery approach.
• Background in capital projects, PMO, project controls, engineering, construction or consulting is highly desirable.
• Degree in engineering, construction management, project management, finance, economics or related field.
• Knowledge of EPC, infrastructure, utilities, energy, transportation, manufacturing or industrial projects is advantageous.
• PMP, AACE or related certifications are a plus.
