About the role
We are seeking a Maintenance Support professional to oversee routine internal and external property maintenance for a client in Dubai. The role involves coordinating contractors, conducting regular property checks, and handling small hands‑on tasks to ensure the property remains in optimal condition.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise contractors and service providers, arrange access and compare quotations.
- Conduct and document weekly, monthly and quarterly property inspections and track planned maintenance.
- Identify risks, escalate significant issues with recommendations, and respond to urgent maintenance matters.
- Perform simple hands‑on tasks such as picture hanging, minor fittings, fuse/lock replacement, plant repotting, and occasional furniture moving.
- Research and recommend new suppliers, maintain accurate records, and prepare regular maintenance reports.
- Manage small operational payments, company card usage and cash reconciliation.
- Maintain reliable relationships with contractors and suppliers.
