Care Advisor (Emiratization)

About the role

Allianz Partners, a B2B2C insurance and assistance provider, is hiring a Care Advisor in Dubai, UAE. The advisor answers telephone inquiries about the company's products and services using standard scripts and procedures, ensures calls are answered within set time limits and provides a customer-oriented service. The role is full-time, at associate level.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and assist customers with specific inquiries, resolving their concerns and queries
• Follow communication and update expectations with clients according to company policies, schemes or agreed timeframes
• Build customer interest in the services and products offered
• Update the customer database with changes and the status of existing and prospective members
• Document telephone conversations and actions taken, and close-loop each call with clerical duties such as faxing, paperwork and credit reference checks
• Correspond with the Care Centre Supervisor and Manager and keep an open line of communication
• Analyze problems and develop logical solutions within the permitted scope of work
• Work in an AI, machine learning, data analytics and cloud environment, respecting data governance, security and ethical use

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree; medical background preferred
• Ideally 2+ years of experience in a call centre, customer service, TPA, hospital or medical center setting
• Physically fit to carry out duties
• Legally permitted to work in the country of operation

Required skills

• Fluency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• General internet navigation and research skills
