About the role

A fully remote Customer Care Associate is sought to support individuals by delivering timely assistance, resolving concerns and creating positive service experiences. The role suits people who enjoy communication, problem-solving and helping customers get the support they need. You will manage customer interactions, give accurate responses, keep service records and help improve customer satisfaction, working remotely with internal teams so enquiries are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries, requests and account-related questions.
• Provide accurate, helpful information through available support channels.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
• Resolve issues while following company procedures and escalate complex cases when required.
• Identify customer needs and provide suitable solutions.
• Monitor follow-up activities and pending requests, and meet customer service performance standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer care, customer service or support experience preferred; strong interpersonal skills valued for entry-level applicants.
• Reliable home working setup.

• Good problem-solving and ability to stay calm under pressure.
