Sales Officer - Contact Center

About the role

The Sales Officer works in the contact center, meeting individual sales targets through proactive outbound customer interactions. The role promotes and cross-sells the bank's products and services while delivering a superior customer experience, in line with regulatory requirements, internal policies and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products such as credit cards, personal loans, accounts and Takaful.
• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for assigned products.
• Maintain high call productivity, lead conversion and pipeline management.
• Guide customers through the application process and liaise with them after application completion if needed.
• Take part in sales training, huddles and coaching sessions.
• Record customer information, sales details and call outcomes accurately in the CRM.
• Coordinate with fulfillment and processing teams for timely case completion and comply with bank policies, scripts and quality assurance standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or any diploma.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Available to join immediately.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, customer-centric approach.
• Bonus points: proven experience in outbound sales or telesales, and basic knowledge of banking products (loans, credit cards, accounts, insurance).
