Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Dubai

About the role

GLOMACS Training & Consultancy is seeking a qualified Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join its finance team in Dubai. The role involves managing end‑to‑end accounting processes, financial reporting, and tax compliance within a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and analyses.
• Maintain complete and accurate accounting records.
• Handle UAE VAT and Corporate Tax compliance and filings.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors and provide required documentation.
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, payables, and internal financial controls.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, UAE regulations, and applicable accounting standards.
• Manage accounting processes within Odoo ERP and other ERP systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and internal controls.

Required profile

• CPA qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of accounting experience in the UAE.
• Currently residing in Dubai.
• Hands‑on experience with Odoo ERP.
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, Corporate Tax and IFRS.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
