Channel Marketing Manager – MEAT (Middle East, Africa, Turkey)

About the role

Fluke Corporation is looking for a Channel Marketing Manager for the MEAT region (Middle East, Africa, Turkey) to lead and scale channel and field marketing initiatives across value‑added resellers, electrical wholesalers and other distribution partners. Based in Dubai, you will work within an international team to drive growth, align marketing with sales, and enhance partner performance.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute channel marketing strategies that generate demand, increase product visibility and accelerate revenue through partners.
• Develop and manage cooperative marketing programs with premium partners, focusing on point‑of‑sale reach, brand consistency and partner loyalty.
• Collaborate with strategic partners on annual marketing plans, budgets and joint campaigns, ensuring measurable ROI.
• Roll out central Fluke campaigns, promotions and new product introductions at key partners and expand digital marketing reach.
• Provide partners with marketing assets, sales tools, training and incentives to enable effective selling.
• Own the end‑user buying experience across distributor digital platforms, physical outlets, events and webinars.
• Design and execute account‑based marketing programs targeting high‑value customers.
• Leverage AI‑driven tools to optimize segmentation, personalization and campaign performance.
• Align closely with channel and field sales teams to ensure marketing programs contribute directly to pipeline and revenue.
• Track co‑op budgets, campaign effectiveness, ROI/ROAS and pipeline growth to continuously improve results.

Required profile

• Proven experience in channel or partner marketing, preferably within industrial or technology sectors.
• Strong understanding of reseller and distribution ecosystems in the MEAT region.
• Ability to develop strategic plans, manage budgets and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
